Not in 2023. It hasn't aged well on the UI and capcha for spam. But I use it since ~2006, I know it well.

Knowing a bit of PHP/HTML/Css is enough for a custom theme. Knowing how to put the files on distant server to install.

Cumulated, yes, a couple of full time work days /year (754 blog posts/12000 comments/1.4GB of data).
