Unless you have a job that demands one be at the job at 7am every morning during the week.
My kind of outlook! But by habit & necessity. For decades I was at work before 8A and still at work til 1AM next.
Left my day-job, slept late but kept the afternoon/night stuff. It's only me, and has downsides too (being nocturnal mostly), like interfacing with appointments, friends, family. But... 'tis what it is, and my own expression is: "I'm not an early bird; I'm a night owl!". Big impact on birding/photography too. Love sunsets more than sunrise, and birds at dusk are cool. 😉
Also a night owl. It's a habit that started in College...it's why I use the 'Midnight Limner' moniker....I often did most of my calligraphy and illumination of 'scrolls' for the SCA at 1-2am...(some of my best work, also)....a friend remarked on it that I was the midnight limner, who paints at midnight! (I had never heard the term, I wasn't as into The Tick but someone I knew was)
It's all relative. I'm an early riser myself.

I’ve never been a morning person. When I had a job that required early rising, I set two alarm clocks. I’m now in sweet, sweet retirement and resent having to set an alarm.

The early birds are welcome to all the worms.

Mrs A is a morning person.

I am not.

She believes everyone should be a morning person.

I do not.

I usually get up at sunrise, regardless of the season, so the hour varies considerably. I never use an alarm. That affords me the maximum amount of daytime. People that need plenty of daylight for mood regulation and vitamin D would seem to benefit from such a habit.
Mrs A goes by the clock; her contribution to my comfort is regarding 07:00 as a start time, not 05:30...
I am not a slave to the clock. I follow the sun.
More of a moon person, myself...
The moon is capricious. Sometimes you see it during the morning or afternoon.
I’m a moon person too. So that’s that bright ball that tries to wake me up in the morning @Brian Fitzgerald
I'm a Moonchild too. 😀
🤪🤓🥸
Moonatics! 😀
