Die neue Version der Friendiqa App ist erschienen. Diese mobile App verfügt über eine unendlich lange Historie. Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, dann wurde sie parallel zu den ersten Android Geräten erstmals veröffentlicht. Zu einer Zeit, als noch nicht klar war, ob sich dieses mobile Internet wirklich durchsetzen wird 😁.

In version 0.7 I changed the news API from the Twitter API to the Mastodon API. Any old database for Friendiqa with old news and contact tables needs to be deleted to work (in the account page).
Further improvements include better background sync via systemd-timer, better Dark/Light Mode, vote results (no voting yet), improvements for Alt-text and several bugfixes. The grouping of news to conversations took a lot of work, but it should work reasonably well.
