Internet and #FediHelp, do your magic:

I am looking for a laptop. Requirements:

* Multiple USB-C ports
* Chargable only and fully via USB-C PD
* High-performance x86 or arm64 CPU
* 32+ GiB RAM
* DisplayPort, no HDMI
* 5G modem
* 6+ hours battery lifetime under regular use
* Good Linux compatibility (no nVidia; non-free firmware ok if available for mainline kernel)
* Robust quality for daily mobile use

I find that incredibly hard to find.

Except for the 5G support, the @frameworkcomputer devices may be a good choice. No idea whether 5G expansion cards are or will be available.
a Framework laptop is the closest thing I can think of off the top of my head, but I haven't been a hardware nerd in a long time. You can pick and swap which ports (including USB C), can swap/add a display port module, the only thing I don't know where you'd find is a built in 5g modem
@sduvick Yep, the @frameworkcomputer is already on my list, but I am unsure about its physical robustness.
@sduvick @frameworkcomputer I've seen you will be at the #glt24 as well, right? If you want, you can take a real-world look at my framework13 ryzen there.
