PS: Loslassen mit exaktestem Krallen-Timing sah ich, also Koordination , oder aber auch das Entkrampfen von Verkrallung --- ich meine Lösen von Fixierung auf Problematiken --- kann gemeint sein.

Wir sind alle sehr schnell im Switchen zwischen verschiedenen Gedankenwelten😁.. ganz profan gesagt: verschiedene "Kontexte", mein Lieblingswort zurzeit.

PS: I saw the concept of letting go with the most precise claw timing, so coordination, or perhaps the release of tension—I mean, letting go of fixation on problems—that could be what's meant.

We're all very quick at switching between different thought worlds 😁... to put it simply: different "contexts," my favorite word at the moment.

PS: Loslassen ist aktiv und koordiniert? Das ist meist eher chaotisch, emotional übersteuerter Verstand. Sprüche wie "In der Ruhe liegt die Kraft" als Spott obendrauf und's explodiert😁.. Dann Abflug, weg! Oder: Wohin, dann Aufbruch.
