@alex is the #mostr bridge going to cause a noticeable increase in bandwidth usage on my Fedi server?
I assume it shouldn't increase much but I want to ask. Essentially I'm just Federating with another instance, correct?

Exactly, normal follower semantics are in place. Only users you follow get their posts federated to you.
