for some reason #instagram has been warping all my attempts at posting like this for over a week. I reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, nothing... wtf.
looks like a "stuck filter" did you try clearing the app cache after a force stop? Might have to do the uninstall/reinstall thing after clearing cache and memory (and enter your login info too, if it really cleared everything)
