I'm a Software Engineering Manager for a WordPress host after a decade working in FOSS software as a dev, after a decade of being a pilot (was a captain for a small airline) and after time trying to play music for a living.

My interests these days are writing, teaching (I've actually been university faculty in 2 disciplines, aviation and computer science), privacy and, above all, humane tech and the policies around it.

I confess I rant a lot but still love conversation 😀
